My Dear Sir

Mr Tait has sent you the
[¿] of the Dean & Mr [¿] which
can both [¿]
that Mr [¿] & you should attend [¿]
[¿] to the [¿]. Mr [¿]
in particular is so well stated that I am very
desirous it should if possible be [¿] by
some of the English [¿] who are now to give their
Opinions. Soon [¿] this may not [¿]
[¿] but as it embraces fully the ideas in
point of Law which I had formed I should
think there can be no [¿] it
to them as conveying the sentiments of one of
the parties [¿] your humble servant
The [¿] of great consequence

& if the opinions of English cannot on any thing
like those sent there will be no Law sent
which would be very desirable among such
new notations

Yours Sincerly
Archd Campbell
Excuse bad writing as the Post [¿] is come.
